Education

unitytheatre offers opportunities to meet arts professionals, volunteering, theatre tours, placements and other activities linked with our theatre and participation programme.
We deliver educational projects for those in Primary, Secondary, HE/FE, undergraduate and postgraduate settings. We also run open workshops for the wider community.

Our range includes:

Theatre tours with Q&A sessions with actors and staff
Creative workshops at unitytheatre or your school or venue
Post-show discussions
Creative projects for a range of budgets
Professional development for creative practitioners
Links with community organisations and projects to create further access to the arts

unitytheatre is an Arts Award Welcome venue, supporting schools and young people 11-25 who want to develop as artists and arts leaders and are taking part in the “Arts Award” national qualification. Art Award runs in England through collaboration between Arts Council England and Trinity Guildhall. Nine Regional Development Co-ordinators support the award in each English region.
